Quick update here. I was stuck in billing info received from an order placed last week (sept 29th). I called CS yesterday and it was supposed to be shipped out from the pharmacy. Well, UPS has come and gone and nothing. And no new tracking number or change to the original tracking info. I haven't had any luck getting back through. But I would strongly encourage anyone who calls to stay on the line with them or offer to conference call (UPS, the pharmacy, etc.) whoever you need to contact to resolve the issue. Each time they have put me on hold, come back on and said... "I just spoke with so and so and you'll receive tomorrow". I'm realizing now that I was just being blown off.
