Hi all I was sent a refill reminder from uspharmacy on the 4th of this month, but I was under the impression that they are not honoring any refills anymore. Does anyone know for sure if they do or don't. I am very uneasy about re-ordering from them beacause of all of the problems they have been experiencing. My mother was even shorted 31 pills from them, but they did fix her problem. I have never had any other problems with them and was thinking of giving them the benefit of the doubt about the pharmacy switch. Hopefully things are back on track. I have requested my medical records, but they are comming from an army medical center and they are so backed up with request she said it would be a very long time before I actually received them! So I am having to do what I have to do to get by until I receive them. Your help is appreciated.

What pharmacy are they using now, anyway?
I've noticed that jroth's excellent Comprehensive US OP List has not been updated since July!!! Maybe things are changing too quickly for an accurate update to be current for more than a couple of days.
For instance, this OP (www.USpharmcyrx.com), is actually too new even to rate a mention on the list!

The e-mails you are getting regarding refills is a glitch in their system, much like the MedPharmRX e-mails a bunch of us got over the past few days. I called and spoke Melba this morning. If you placed the refill order, cancel and order again per her instructions. People are geting their orders, so I think they are getting caught up now. I everyone that is waiting for their orders gets them soon!

My order now shows "pending shipment" instead of shipped. How do you cancel the order? I tried calling the 888 number and it says to enter a mailbox number?? Is there another number to call?
Edit* I found the number and called, spoke with Michelle who was very nice, instructed me on what to do about cancelling and reordering. I think they're trying, they're just overwhelmed. Will see what happens next...
Bottom line is DO NOT ORDER from that refill email they sent or any kind of refill, it will get stuck in the system and never filled! It has to be canceled and place a new order.

Hi, I'm new to this board and as I stated in another uspharm post, I went through the same hassle with the refill. Here's an e-mail I received from customer service last night. I hope this helps all who are in the same situation I was in. I placed my order through the refill section of the order status page on Oct 22, and today was able to straighten the whole mess up.
I am so sorry that I\'m getting to you late in the afternoon. I found the problem why your order was not being shipped out in the timely manner. Due to DEA regulations there are no longer any refills available. Because we are a online service, every order including \"refills\" must be placed as a new order so it can go for a doctor consultation. Now this has created a lot of problems but, we have no control over this because it was said to us as a mandatory request. Your order was approved but because of a clitch in the system, the Dr signature did not go through. There are two options; I can have your order faxed to the Dr so he can sign it or I can cancel this order and have you place a new one thatit can be reviewed tonight for pending shipment tomorrow.
I hope this will be of help.
