The e-mails you are getting regarding refills is a glitch in their system, much like the MedPharmRX e-mails a bunch of us got over the past few days. I called and spoke Melba this morning. If you placed the refill order, cancel and order again per her instructions. People are geting their orders, so I think they are getting caught up now.
