After several problems and very bad feedback on our boards we placed an "AVOID" sign on their listing.
If you placed an order from them you will be able to get your money back by requestiing a charge reversal from your credit card company or from the company that processed their credit card payments.
One member, whom we thank very much for his feedback, sent us this message on Jan 28

"I ordered from these guys $500 worth of stuff. Nothing ever came. I wrote them e-mails - they responded with bullshit excuses. Today I called the company which processed payments for them and they told me that they shut them down. People have been calling them about non-delivery, so they closed the service to UGP. They also told me that anyone who ordered from them can get full credit. People have to call them and ask for the refund. Their phone number is on www.buy-secure.com"

Nov. They started will a large e-mail campaign that was a disaster as it created a big loop of messages coming and going. They had a large mailing list so they are not new to the business.
