This is only a partial list of the most notorious persons, or organizations that our members report as crooks, rip off artists, and so on. They were placed in this list for your protection, and are to be exposed, boycotted, and penalized.
There are many more that should be avoided.
You should only consider to give your business to sites well rated in our lists and with mostly positive feedback in our VIP Community Board and Free Community Board. We strongly suggest you visit our message boards because the latest info and feedback from 1000`s is there. DO NOT ORDER from sites unless you see on the boards that they are reliable and that they have delivered to trusted members that have been on the boards for a while. Please read our warning below. A little common sense and precaution is your best way to avoid crooks.

The fact that a site is not in our black list is no guarantee. You should view this list as a warning, and as an eye opener of what you can expect it you choose the wrong source. Crooks change web sites and e-mail addresses on a regular basis. You can be ripped of by the same people several times without knowing it. Make sure to only order from sites whose feedback is good in our message board. Learn from others. Help others. Share your experience in our boards.

Warning: Some of those listed are already using other names, some crooks operate several sites. If they were close to fooling you, or if they managed to rip you off before, they will try again...

Others offer their own pharmacy lists for sale were they include the rip off sites together with some reliable sites. Crooks work hard, they will do anything to get your money. Do no let them!!!

Currently using [email protected] email and the Rick Carver name and claiming to be a Doctor. Asking MO's to be sent toP.O.Box at 482 W.  San Ysidro Blvd., San Ysidro, Ca. 91912. He/She fakes a very bad English... and is an active crook using many ID's, Email addresses, regular mail, and Webs. Do not even think about sending payments to San Ysidro Blvd. We mediated with this people and all we got was false promises and the same email "I am honest and respectable. God Bless You" over and over....The emails "Carver" sent to us came from Uruguay. There are many taking part in this!

Dypharmacy.com - D. Young. Panama. A long history of collecting and not delivering. They do accept credit cards but you will find a hard time reversing the charge. A well known crook sometimes using Passport Pharmacy and other names.

Eurosuppliers.net. The ones that dared to try their tempting offer are not getting anything except for confirmation that they made a costly mistake. Do not let this happen to you too!

Elkin Jaime Jimenez, in Manizales, Colombia is the one getting the payments.
They are making offers by e-mail. How did they get your address? Most likely they were doing business under another name before!.

Also related to them is Davimar Pharmacy and Dynamar Pharmaceuticals. Operating from Mexico, and Spain. She, he, they, are a very active group of people. Their goal is to rip you off. The names above are some of the names the money is being sent to. There is no way to know who is behing this ring. They change e-mail addresses and persons receiving the money on a regular basis. Please send us any information you have.

Based in Argentina, or Brazil.  Avoid it! We have seen sufficient proof. They are not delivering. They have a P.O. BOX in Miami.

They offer hard to find producsts, accept credit cards, and cheat both customers and their credit card billing companies. Related to Care-rx.com and other fraudulent operations.
Do not think you are safe just because the site accepts credit cards!

NationalPharmacyGroup.com. I well deserved place in our black list. Many people reported being ripped off. File a fraud report with your credit card company and their billing company. Same as 1medsource.com
We received many messages similar to this: "I ORDERED FROM NATIONAL PHARMACY GROUP BEFORE I SAW THEM ON YOUR BLACK LIST. THEY TOOK 208.99 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNTT AND NEVER DELIVERED MY ORDER.. PLEASE WARN OTHERS." 

Neo-Pharmacy. They take your money and claim your order was seized by customs.

Netfirms - Medsdirect.netfirms
Lately a number of crooks is discovering a new, free ,and anonymous place to host their crooked offers. To some the name netfirms looks serious. The latest  con, most likely the same crook as many otherr netfirm offers, is http://medsdirect.netfirms.com who not only offers meds they do not deliver but are also very kind to offer non existent online consultations for and extra $50. Of course payment is by money order left blank to a P.O.Box: Meds Direct  - 7512 DR. Phillips BLVD - Suite 50 PMB 154 - Orlando, FL 32819. The only real thing is the cash you will loose!

PC2000 - Pacificom2000 
Associated, somehow, with PrescriptionRx.Com. Came and went in early 2001.
Offered via PRX strong pain meds and other hard to finds products.
PRX members paid PRX and Pacificom2000, a secret company no one knows, except for PRX administrator. Did not deliver. Many members reported loosing $$$.

Onlinepillbox.com - ClubMed - "I placed a $400.00 order...and I also paid them an extra $40 to join their special Club Med, they even sent me a nice plastic card with Club Med#XXX written on it... that is all I received"

What a bunch of crooks and they are good crooks. The make people believe their domain is passportpharmacy.com but that is not even onlione...They fool customers, they fool billing companies... they steal from everyone. Using http://passportpharmacy.tripod.com/,and any trick in the book. Do not even think about it.
Avoid this an all other sites using free web space like tripod. Any site recommending this outfit is a crook too. Please let us know!

PharmaProviders - Sumiko Okamoto Takashima - Remember we warn about all e-mail sources?. This one was on our board withourt contact info with big warnings from most posters. But some had to take a chance. Those that tryed this one are already asking us that we put it on the black list.

Their site is closed now but this is a good example of what can happen. Not only did these criminals take the money from countless victims but they also scared their victims with personal threats.

They try to make it look like they are from Mexico, but since they do not deliver it really does not matter. This site uses free Web space and should really be considered as a source without a web... also uses Dr. Tubrico, Yolanda Nunez, , ,and other aliases, and addresses. Please be warned about any site using free Web space.
"Wish I came here before I sent Yolanda Nunez a money order...  I can verify your submission of them on your blacklist..."

Just one more of the thousands we warn you not to do business with. This crook uses other names to but is asking for payments to be sent to: Robert Popesco - Box 722, SE- 103 93 Stockholm - SWEDEN
Remember not to order from email sources and you will not be one of the many  saying something similar to this: "...Stupidly, I responded to an email and ordered - we haggled back and forth and finally I agreed to send 1/2 of the money and he would send the whole order, then I would sendthe rest of the money..."

He has been posting on our, an other boards, offering meds he never delivered. He even commented what a good con man he was to his victims.
Selected feedback: "I am one of those people ripped off (defiantly I might add) by Shadow-Rogue..."

Timhelp. This free board user, now banned but most likely coming back with a new username, was asking for help on the board and compiled a pretty nice list of phamacies and doctors, he was sending this list  to the many people that helped him.. he added some e-mail address sites we black list and warn about... this may be one of the ways crooks get your e-mail address and gain your trust... 

Zhadum. By using message boards to recommend himself he finds his victims. Of course he uses other names...

Below are just a few more sites that need to be avoided, they do fall into the category of sites we warn about below: no web site, or hosted on anonymous servers, good offers, and no deliveries... they change sites frequently. This Blacklist is just so you get an idea of what to look for and avoid.

Consider only sites included in our lists and that are also receiving good comments on the message boards. We suggest you never order  from e-mail sources or sites hosted on free servers like angelfire, tripod, geocities, freeservers, and similar...

We have to issue a strong warning on any person, or company, making offers to you by e-mail, user net, or via message boards. The chances that these operations are illegal, or that they are crooks, even dangerous, are so huge that the best advise is to avoid them all. These  people usually only offer an e-mail address for contact, offer any drug you can imagine, and request payment in cash, by bank transfer or money order, and can vanish overnight. They get many usernames, and e-mail addresses, and post nice things about themselves. They treat you nice till you pay them and then they never deliver.  In other words they want cash in advance and offer absolutely no guarantees. Thousands have been cheated. They make a living out of finding people in need and ripping them off. To protect our members we will not list their e-mail address, or allow their e-mail address to be posted on our board. Our advice is to keep as far from them as you can. Do not contact them. Do not believe a word they say.
And one more warning: when you order from these people  you give them you private information, your name, your address, your bank details, your phone...

IMPORTANT - READ THIS TOO!!!
We receive many messages like the ones below every week:

"I just got ripped off and wanted you to see if you could either mediate this situation or at least post a warning on the website. The persons name is Manuel Octavio Elizalde and his email is [email protected] - there is no website (I know - first mistake). I sent him 200.00 through Western Union (2nd mistake) to Mexico - he was very friendly until he got my money then he sent me a bogus tracking number and I never heard from him again."

"Please warn others about ordering from Farmacia  Payless", telephone number is 011-52-664-683-17-95.as they are scammers and ripped me off for $295.00"

"I found myfarmacia.com on an engine search...I lost 800 dollars to these crooks"

The names and e-mail addresses change but the story is the same.

Please follow our advice and above all use your common sense.
If it looks too good to be true it is most likely a scam.
