Step 1...
If you have never registered please go to the homepage and click on Are you a registered member? This is where you sign-up with Meds With Consult. User name and password must be at least five characters. After completing the form please go back to the homepage. Meds With Consult will track each customer by his or her user name and password. We do not offer treatment for anyone under the age of 21.
Step 2..
To set an appointment to consult with a physician, please click Consult a Physician from the homepage. You will then be instructed to type in your user name and password. Please read the Terms of Agreement. By accepting the Terms of Agreement, you will then need to complete the medical history questionnaire. You will be guided by the questionnaire to provide us with the information we need to consult with you regarding your medical condition. Upon submitting the questionnaire to Meds With Consult, you will be prompted to attest that all of the information submitted is true and accurate.
We respect your privacy and the privacy of your information. Meds With Consult will not release any information to any thirsd party sources without you signing a consent form and that form being physically on file. You can be assutred that all information provided to Meds With Consult and our medical partners will be kept strictly confidential.
Step 3...
Enter your preferred shipping information and credit card details on our secure site (If you choose COD payment method, you will automatically skip the credit card information fields). Your credit card will ONLY be charged if Meds With Consult is able to arrange a physician's phone consultation that results in a prescription or diagnosis. However, a $30.00 administrative fee will be charged following a physician consultation that does notresult in a prescription being written.
Step 4...
Pick a phone consultation time on the calendar. You will receive an e-mail confirming your phone consultation time with a physician and the phone number for you to call the physician. All times on the calendar are Eastern Standard Time. You will be assigned a time that has been scheduled specifically per your request. Meds With Consult is committed to providing our customers a simple method for consulting with our physicians and requests that you are prompt with your telephone appointments.
Step 5...
Please fax a legible copy of your driver's license, Passport, or Military ID & Medical Recordsto fax: (407) 540-9955 PRIOR to your physician consultation time. Meds With Consult will NOT ship any prescriptions without a legible copy of your Medical Records or identification.
FOR patients choosing COD: Please mail a cashier's check or money order for $110 made out to "Meds With Consult" with a legible photocopy of your identification to:

Note: For the fastest possible service, mail or overnight the COD with a copy of your ID and Medical Records prior to your consult. Once your funds, ID and Medical Records are received, we will forward your prescription(s) to our participating pharmacy. They will send your prescription to you COD, and they will call you with the name of the company to whom the funds should be endorsed, and the total dollar amount due (shipping and prescription cost).
Step 6...
Call your physician at your scheduled time. It is your responsibility to call your Meds With Consult healthcare provider at your assigned time. The physicians at Meds With Consult have the ultimate authority to diagnose a medical condition and/or offer a treatment option.
