Deac 26 - Letter from EVMG
"...EVMG is aware of the problem at POL. We know little more about the situation than anyone else as we were away on vacation when it happened. If you have refills remaining, they will be honored by TDI pharmacy. This is the only choice as it is the only other pharmacy we deal with. In other words, we cannot move it to CVS, Walgreens, or any other local pharmacy. We cannot use United either.
Transferring the prescription from POL cannot happen since they are closed. EVMG will re-issue a new prescription to be filled at TDI that reflects the refills you have left. Number of refills will have to be based off of Dates since we have no order history from POL. Everything should be as it was.
To be able to obtain your new prescription, please email We will review your records and have the prescription processed within 48 hours. Since this will, in effect, be a new prescription, it will have to originate from Dr. Orta and not the CS office. He will not be in town until Monday. We will re-write your prescriptions starting on Monday and TDI will expedite the orders.
I know this is an inconvenience to a lot of you and some have gone without meds for a few days. Please understand the delicate nature of the problem. Also think of the employees at POL that became un-employed for a Christmas present.

Oct 24 - News From EVMG
"You will all be happy to know that I have finally came to an agreement with a pharmacy to service CA/TN residents. At present, we are submitting our company info to the pharmacy to be put on file. I am sure that we will be able to start performing consults for these patients beginning Monday 10/28/02.
The pharmacy is TDI, which I am sure most of you are familiar with. They operate much like POL and the turn-around time will be about the same. I am not sure of the pricing but it is pretty much the same as everyone else.
The protocol for getting a consult if you are in CA/TN will be the same as usual:
1) email EVMG to receive forms
2) fax forms and records to our office
3) create profile on TDI's website www.tdipharmacy.com
4) We will contact you by phone to arrange a consult time
All billing for meds and shipping is through TDI. EVMG is Money order only but we are getting closer to accepting credit cards. You will need to send EVMG a MO for consult before the time comes or fax a copy of a completed MO to our office the day of consult. You can then put it in regular mail.
I know what the next question is so I will head it off at the pass.........
If you live in a state other than CA or TN, your prescription will be sent to POL. No exceptions, ever! We are under contract and cannot give each customer a choice. This would be nice but I do have an obligation. Please understand..."

They seem to be one of the best OP's so far. Great service and customer satisfaction... plese see the board for feedback...
They are having some problems with their merchant accounts, they have not been able to collect for their services in many cases... and we ask all customers to help as needed. When a good site comes along they need and deserve to be helped.

EVMG opens for the general public. Their price goes up to $120 (from $100) and VIP's get a $20 discount and VIP treatment. We thank EVMG for the support and trust they offered and continue to offer our site and members. We regret they are not longer only for VIP's but are glad VIP's will continue to get VIP service.

require such.
Maximum Hydro quantity #90. All meds come with 2 refills.
POL will bill for meds and shipping. Patient should complete a profile at
POL prior to consult.
