April 2002.
They ask us to pass the following info to members:
"Our seiz**ure rate went up from 2-3% to about 4-5% over the last month. We have changed our packaging and shipping route method yet once again. We also notice that a lot of new members are entering our site and then order large quantities at a time. This show me that they were not made aware of possible detection due to the large order. This issue should be addressed, we need your help to inform all members that orders must not exeed three (3) items in shopping cart."

What Access-Meds is saying is that customers also have to do their part and order only what is reasonable.

March 14. The write to us as follows:
"All tablets/pills/capsules will be removed from their blister packs regardless..."
Some Items such as creams, suppositories, vials contain metal and cannot be removed from its packaging, i.e. Triphasil, Diane-35, Propecia, Retin-A, Norma, etc.
Our packaging department will temporarily be closed between the 16th March 13h00 to the 22nd March 8h00 due to renovations, however, our website will remain open which will cause a back-log. Please bear this in mind upon placing your order..."

They are back from vacation and taking orders as usual.

Dec 26. Letter from Access-Meds
"Dear DB Members: Due to our annual recess we closed our site and temporarily stopped answering e-mail.
Our [email protected] is back from leave and can now answer your e-mail.

Our packing staff will return from their annual leave on Monday the 7th of January 2002.
We will open our site for new orders on the 1st of January 2002 for those who wish to place their orders in advance. Any outstanding issues can now be attended to via e-mail.

Nov 15. They contacted us to let us know
"We close our site during December as advised by our shippers, due to postal theft, postal delays, shortages/space or overbooked flights, slackness, etc. over this period. We re-open on about the 6 th of January 2002"

Oct 30. They informed our members that: "Rolab, a division of the well known Novartis is responsible for the generic market here in South Africa. They provide Rolab-Diazepam, a pale, round yellow tablet at an excellent price. We added this product to our website. To find it quick, just search for Rolab Diazepam"

Oct 15. We received the following letter. They no longer will re ship seized, lost orders.
"...With the recent Anthrax scare in the U.S.A we decided to suspend our existing confiscation policy to all U.S. citizens as from 16-Oct-2001 until further notice. We do not expect the Anthrax scare to last and will therefore NOT close our site down as a few concerned customers suggested we do. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honour our confiscation policy on any orders placed and/or shipped as from 16-Oct-2001, still our site WILL be open for those who are in need of their medication. The moment we know that the recent Anthrax scare render us no threat, we will lift the confiscation policy suspension by way of another e-mail.

To further our commitment in supplying prescription medication, we just loaded the Cipro equivalent on our site which is Ciprobay (CiprofloxacinHydrochloride). Cipro or Ciprobay is one of the antibiotics used to treat Anthrax...."

They offer a wide selection of products like Valium, Xanax, an some pain meds.

They claimed they have a signature on October 12th and it should take approximately 20-30 days from there. 11-21 I still have not received shipment nor have I received Customs Letter."

JUNE 8. "Placed an order with them on 5/18/01. 5/19/01: Received confirmation of the order from
[email protected] .6/6/01: Received the following email from them - "Your parcel wassigned for in Brussels, Melsbrook, on 5/25/01. From there all parcels are re-mailed to various destinations via Normal Postal Services." 6/7/01: Received complete order in the mail. Items were in original blister packs, but loose in a bubble-wrap bag (that is, they were not in any kind of box). Order included info. sheets on the items. Green "customs tape" was across the bottom of the bag - I guess Customs opened the bag, but all of the order was intact."
JUNE 3. "Excellent service! Was great dealing with them, no problems whatsoever. Pretty fast too!"
MAY 30. "Received my Valium in less than 3 weeks from S. Africa .. Highly Recommened"
