It was noted in the last article that Morgan so kindly posted for us that they have received over 70 emails regarding the shooting, I consider 70 a very low number considering the attention it has gained on just this board. I would encourage you to send your opinion - whatever it might be - to the Mayor and/or his council.
If it's not to presumptuous, may I suggest business format with no mention of DB and OP's.
It is an emotional subject, and while composing my letter I had to edit quite a few times to keep out the if only's and to keep it to the I wanted to write because of specific issue X, Y, and Z.
