If this cop shot her while she was driving away and then her car ran into his motorcycle because she was shot this cop will not be a police officer much longer.
Its true we don't know if she was driving at him , so he shot her. But I think this cop will not get off. The case against him is building. First it was he shot her after she ran him down, now its he shot her first before her car hit the motorcycle.
Not looking good for this cop. And rightly so as far as I'm concerned. I think this cop was excessive in his use of force.
