This doesn't surprise me a whit. See my previous post re: my dad dying of cancer, and they gave him mscon. I begged them to give him the Bromp. cocktail which would have lifted his spirits and pain. But they wouldn't do it, and this was in a hospice! I didn't say "oh, and save me a little whack in a jar while you're at it." The closest he came to drugs was having 2-3 glasses of wine at dinner. Totally disgusting how they're being brainwashed by the dea to limit palliative care. Meanwhile I know teenagers running around with 80mg ocs. This better be different when I'm on my death bed. Patients, don't leave the office till they give you effective medication or go to another dr. Good luck to all. J
