The easiest withdrawal from opiates I ever had was when I took
clonidine, robaxin (for muscle cramps), and lorazepam (for anxiety) during the day and klonopin at night to sleep. This was prescribed by a very caring local dr who had the opinion that the most important thing was that I come off opiates. The only other med I would have liked to have was compazine for nausia. This was a quite few years ago, however. I barely felt the withdrawals, even though I had been taking large doses of a very potent opiate. I looked, and all of these meds are available on-line. I've also found out over the years that the sooner you can get the opiates out of your system, the easier the withdrawals. I know this sounds strange, but its true. Hope this helps
