I'm thinking of taking an unplanned holiday. Thought I had a refill, and I don't. My husband is all up for it. He wants to help me through it, blah, blah. (I don't mean that in a negative way....I'm lucky for the support)
My question is this. I have 10 hydros. I am taking about 5 a day. My hubbie was going to give me 3 a day and let me suffer through it, helping when he can. Should I go to a doc-in-the-box and tell them that I got hooked on hydros and want to come off, tell him/her my plan, and ask for some help? I'm worried he will send me to rehab, and that's not what I need. I just need a break, and I want some legitimate medical advice. I want a doc to say "Here is what you should do (if you aren't going to detox in a rehab) and you may feel like this and I'm going to give you this to try and help you."
