Maybe I spoke a little too soon, since here is a quote from the study:

"We conclude that stable doses of transdermal fentanyl for the treatment of chronic non-cancer pain are not associated with significant impairments in psychomotor and cognitive performance. The threshold for fitness to drive as defined by German law did not differ significantly between the groups."

This applies to a German study. I am not sure if that would be admissable in a US court of law, but I am sure if your lawyer was good enough, he/she would turn up some US studies that proove the same thing.

Does anyone else out there who have been taking DUragesic for a long time, "feel" anything, other than pain relief? I certainly do not, and feel just as sharp as if I did not take it. Actually, I would probably be worse driving in pain, since pain can make you do outrageous things, and makes your decision making a bit impared.
