they have to sest for each specific drug. its not like they put it in a machine and it prints out every thing thats in there. They will usually give you a list of what they are screening for prior to the test (you can ask, its not illegal or wrong, just tell them why). If its a script med, you wont have any problems. 99.9% of the time they look for illegal drugs unless they have reason to look for something more specific.
