hey kopi...the company i work for does give random testing and i've been tested twice since being employed with this company. i received a phone call after both times asking me if i was on any medications. when i told him (our on-site medic) that at the time i was taking hydros, ambien, somas and gave a brief explaination of why, he said ok, hung up and then about 2 hours later, i received an e-mail that i had passed. now...with that being said, i think it was the hydro that put a ? mark in his mind because it is a narcotic. i was never asked to provide proof of scripts, although i have them because i have been treated by my docs for what seems like everything in the book. i agree that having the bottles, whether old or new from a regular pharmacy would help tremendously. it sounds like you are going to work in a hospital or something which i would think they are going to be very difficult because you have to provide the info. upfront on a form. in any case, if it were me, i would be honest...easier said than done when you are not in the hot seat. good luck and let us know how it plays out! ~ hooba_gal
