In addition to the states listed below which were obtained from the above link (accurate up to the year 2000), the following states received grants to create programs in 2002; Ohio,PA,Va,WV.

In 2003, grants were rec'd by Alabama,Florida,Maine, N.M.,and Wyoming.

Funding for enhanced programs was given in 2003 to Ca, Idaho,Nevada,and NY. In 2002 enhanced funding was rec'd by California, Kentucky, Massachussetts, Nevada,and Utah.

As mentioned above the list was accurate as of the year 2000. As for the states mentioned that rec'd grants to create or enhance monitoring programs in 2002 and 2003, I do not know what has been implemented.

Edited to add: Since some of the states included in the 2000 list also rec'd funding for program enhancement it is possible that the monitoring information is dated. It is possible some of these states have amended their laws and regulations to include more schedules (Cll-CV instead of just Cll for example).

I would like to know if there is a federal program currently in use-or soon to be in use- that nationally monitors and ties in all the state reporting?

I think Bush wanted this. Did he get it?
