I defintely go with "Valium" (Roche brand)or (Barr Labs brand) 10mg. I've tried most benzos, stay away from "XANAX", easy to get hooked on, hard on the body and mind if you run out and are unable to get a script on the fly from you doc, you'll go into withdrawal in less then 24 hours and can become semi-psychotic, it's been noted by many posters (veteran ones at that). Valium also has muscle-relaxing properties, which compliments it's overall mental-relaxing effects. Don't know too much about Clonazepam 2mg, but I've heard it's pretty good, but takes a little longer to kick-in, then the others. Tranxene 30mg is also a good choice. Happy hunting, just be careful when purchasing generics from IOPS they are not always "up to par", stay away from the "Mylan" brand of benzos her in the U.S., they are weak (at least for me they were) and use benzos sparely, on a "at need basis". A good generic of "Valium is "Watson and/or Barr", of course "Roche" the brand name is the best and alot of IOPs offer the "Roches" at a good price, Farmakos.com "50" brand name for $40.00 dollars. Kewl!!
