The UPS site is the one to count on. Extreme can say shipped and they mean that the billing information was sent electronically to UPS. Until UPS's website says that it has been picked up; it hasn't. Sorry!!! And everyone is right about NROP's being hit or miss. For me, Extreme was an absolute miss. My order was in BIR for 3 1/2 weeks (I have since cancelled), so you always don't get your order (but that can happen anywhere, unfortunately).

Andy, at the end of one of your posts you said you ordered 2 day delivery if I'm not mistaken. If this is the case you should not see your meds until wed. so I would hold on to your money order. Ordering on a weekend does not count as days. Your order was not processed until monday,so 2 day is wed. Any emails you receive on a weekend are just automatic. No one is really there filling your order. I hope this helps you calm down alittle, and when you do your next post should be an apology to everyone on this board for your insinuations.Very rude and uncalled for.

wow andy, i never realized someone could get this stressed over an order. take a deep breath, let it out, take another, repeat until calm....and don't wait until you are out to order...that way any delays are just a minor inconvenience.

No phone # that I know of (correct me if I am wrong please) and if there is one they probably wont answer. Do not answer emails either. So good luck on getting your order corrected. Oh gosh...what did they send you if I may ask? I hope mine is correct! Oh dear......another dilema. LOL Now lets hope and pray that "Andy" doesn't see this!!!

Thanks. Well I ordered #60 10/325 package came two days. When I went to pick it up I even asked the lady at the ups counter if i could open it. She let me I just glanced at the bottle an it was full with the right info on bottle. Got home and they were the blue watsons. I think they are 650mg apap. I do not like tking so much apap since I have been taling hyros for a long period of time. But I can probably do an extraction if worse comes to worse. They did send me 5 extra. anywy, thanks again...

I order these on 3/5/05 and its 03/08/05 and no luck. But, what Quantum View's email states that its going to be Sheduled delivery on 3/09/05 which is tomorrow...then why is my order still in BIR?
It beats me...

I just noticed something here in the questionare on the Shipping Section.
Please remember that FedEx will require an adult signature at delivery. We must ship your order to a place of business or a residence where there is someone available to sign for the package during regular business hours.
So why do they have UPS shipping out our orders instead of FedEx???

this is obviously Andy's first order...I liked where he said he cares more about what extreme's site says than UPS...flip that around Andy and Viola! You've got it! who cares what extreme's site says? they always say shipped and it could sit there for 2 weeks! you need to be watching UPS site after about 930 pm to see if it starts moving, when it says 'PICKED UP BY UPS" you'll know its on its way..until then, chill..

andy, you have to remember that you ordered on a weekend. Those days do not count. They may move through the processes at the doctor and pharmacy, but will not be shipped until earliest, Monday. Now, it is very common for NROP's to not ship your package for a few days. Heck, some end up not shipping at all. You can not expect everything to go flawlessly and on time when you order from these places. Sometimes they work like clockwork, and that's great, but much of the time you need to expect a wait. Also, keep in mind that you ordered 2-day shipping, which will put your package to you on Thursday, provided it ships tonight. Just watch your tracking number around 8-9 PM eastern and hopefully for you it will work. Just try to stay calm. At this point it's out of your hands.

Andy, you're not absorbing what people are telling you. Did you read my post or 537's? You ordered on SAT. They do not process on weekends. Your order was processed MONDAY. 2 day delivery is WED. If you are one of the lucky ones(which there are plenty of, not liars) you will get it tomorrow. Once again, follow ups site,not extremes. It will say bir until ups picks it up.My god, you have me a nervous wreck. I hope you're not married or living with anyone.Let us know if you receive tomorrow . One more word of advice,DO NOT CALL UPS!
