The UPS site is the one to count on. Extreme can say shipped and they mean that the billing information was sent electronically to UPS. Until UPS's website says that it has been picked up; it hasn't. Sorry!!! And everyone is right about NROP's being hit or miss. For me, Extreme was an absolute miss. My order was in BIR for 3 1/2 weeks (I have since cancelled), so you always don't get your order (but that can happen anywhere, unfortunately).
