what products are you guys buying from them? their prices arn't too hot and they charge a $19.99 handling fee. What a joke. I mean, to pay those prices and to pay the shipping and the ridicuoul handling fee, I think I'll pass.

gbird, I'm beginning to agree with you. I placed an order earlier this month because in the past they've been honest and shipped within a reasonable time. Well, they charged (not the hold bit) my credit card pronto. I emailed them asking about the order status as there doesn't seem to be a way to find out on their site. No response. I have subsequently sent 2 more emails telling them that since they have charged my card I obviously would like to know when my order will ship. The only "response" was a ton of spam solicitation emails! I don't know what happened to their customer service that used to be prompt and courteous but I guess those days are over. Agreed something is wrong here. At least keep the customer updated once you take their money.

Kiki I thought is it just me or what? Yes like you in the past they have had very good customer service and you received your products in a couple of weeks. I sent oh I lost count of the emails and nothing. I placed an order at the end of Nov. no word, nada. I am going to do a chargeback because this is crazy. This is making me go back to the us op route. I was trying to cut costs by doing this, but I am tired of being aggrevated.

To the other guy asking why, because if you get meds using us ops you have to pay the big consult fee and then the med fees, It can get much more costly than this. Also us ops can charge around 20-30 bucks just for shipping. Lately I haven't had $400 to spend on us ops.

To anyone else considering medicinegallery or their clones, don't order, something is very wrong there. They are spamming like crazy and ripping people off.

Well, I have GOOD things to say about MG and clones....

I have used XYZ several times and currently have an order with medicinegallery that I am waiting on.

Treila in C/S has always been quick to respond to my emails and questions.

Yes, shipping is slow, from 2-3 weeks, but I think it's worth the wait.

I have never been burned by these guys yet. Yes, I have signed up for their email updates and "spam" and I do get lots of it!

Treila always emails my tracking numbers as soon as the pkg goes out, and she doesn't mind my emails looking for my pkg in the meantime...I just don't bombard her every day looking for my stuff....

I didn't bombard her everyday looking for my "stuff" as you put it. After a few weeks I asked the status and got nothing, no response. So yes I did send a few emails that were not answered so I felt compelled to do a chargeback. It is your hard earned money that is being spent here so the buyer has a right to know what the status is of his or her order. If the company can't handle a simple answer then they deserve to lose the customer's business. That to me is bad business practice and I don't do business with a company like that. I had a bad experience with this company and felt I needed to share it so buyer beware. I had recommended this company to a few people and I totally take it back, don't use them. And far as their spamming goes, it will go right in the trash bin as I don't want to even hear of it no more. If you are having a good experience and getting your "stuff", kudos to you. I will not respond any more to this, enough said.

I finally got a shipping notice from these guys and was happy to see that by overnight the package was actually at the delivery terminal. After paying $30 for shipping I expected delivery today. Well, you can imagine my reaction upon checking with Airborne and finding out that thanks to Medicine Gallery sending it "ground", it will be sitting in the terminal until next Wednesday! Airborne absolutely refuses to deliver it any earlier unlike Fedex and UPS. So let's see, MG got $30 of my money just for shipping, I waited 3 weeks for that shipping and NOW, I'm having to wait another week while it sits in the local terminal. And no, I do not have any way of getting there during business hours to pick the [censored] thing up. I'm just really aggravated because there is no reason on earth for this kind of stupidness. Guess who just lost a customer. Not to mention I will never use a merchant who ships Airborne/DHL, whoever they are today, again.

That's interesting why did you pay $30 for shipping? when the cost is $19.95.
You should be glad it's dhl because fedex always makes me sign even when it's not required and why will it sit till next Wednesday? I don't understand after I got my last two shipping notices my orders arrived after only two days one dhl the other fedex. And as far as I know they have always shipped GROUND to USA only and never anything else. Please don't ever use them again! Use a US doctor and pharmacy.
Or you could use an iop that will get your order seized or lose it and answer all your emails quickly with lies. Look around you will find a lot like that.
Anyway after many orders with these people I have gotten every one without any problems other than it takes about three or four weeks now and it used to only take two so from my experiences they are not rip-offs but I have never emailed them so I can't comment about them responding to email, I just waited and things have always been good.
Some people run low on meds and panic, send loads of email, do charge-backs etc. and then another good iop goes bad, like so many.
I strongly suggest that anyone who can't wait a month please DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!
but if you are looking for a good iop that always has delivered and never had anything seized or lost they are good just wait for the med you need to be on discount and order for example right now MG has 10mg Valium #90 $84.99 limit three + shipping, that's like $274.92 for #270 Roche in blisterpacks, I have seen a lot higher prices from many other iops even when they send low quality generics from India.
As far as the spam issue my sister gets a lot but for some reason I don't, maybe she checked the box to receive them, I don't know but she tells me when things are marked down so if I want to order I can.
Let me make this very clear I am not recommending anyone use any of these sites because they are reliable for me and a lot of others and we need them, they are not for everybody so if you don't have enough meds to last a month PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it may take three or four weeks and if you want to send a lot of email then again DO NOT USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In my opinion these are some of the best sites around so Again I say DON'T USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then no one will have to complain!
Buying meds from iops is a sensitive process and some people should just stick to rip off US doctors and pharmacies and pay the big bucks and get what the doctor wants to sell you not what you want or need!

My apologies for stating that shipping was $30. I was so aggravated that I made a typo instead of writing $20. Between this and the rednecks next door shooting rifles all afternoon, well, you get the picture. I run a shelter for special needs animals and my little guys were terrified by these morons that moved next door to us.

Why will my package sit till next Wednesday? Very good question. When I called Airborne/DHL the rep told me the sender (Medicine Gallery) shipped using the "ground" option. Therefore, even tho it arrived at my local terminal overnight, because MG did not pay for overnight (I thought I did even tho I understood it would not actually ship for 2 weeks) DHL will not deliver it until the date it would've been delivered had it actually been driven here apparently. When I questioned this, the rep said "why should your package take priority over others that paid for overnight?". THAT was the end of the conversation. I don't expect anything other than what I paid for. Twenty bucks to wait a week while it sits in a terminal, plus the 3 weeks I already waited just for it to ship. Get real. If these idiots are gonna expect people to pay $20 for shipping they're gonna have to do better than this [censored]. Normally I use one iop (Pharm88)whom I have never had a problem with. They are excellent. They are honest, AJ responds to emails and he always promptly takes care of any issues I may have. This episode with MG was only because I needed something I couldn't find at Pharm88. Wasn't worth it. As for Airborne/DHL service, Fedex & UPS have nothing to worry about. The "customer service" rep's rudeness was only rivaled by those at Sprint.

Well I sure hope your package arrives sooner than next Wednesday and I'm real sorry about your animals being frightened by irresponsible jerks. I have the highest respect for people who accept the responsibility to help our little friends, Thank you!
Best wishes for the new year and good luck with Pharm88 hope you never get any love letters!
Looking back at my post maybe it was a bit too much and I apologize if any one found it rude, sarcastic, offensive or too sharp-tongued.
Happy new year to all!

Lets see if I got this correct. Arborne/dhl is rude to you and won't deliever your package so you blame Medicinegallery and will never buy from them again and it has something to do with the neighbors shooting while you try to rescue abandoned and abused animals. My sister ordered from Medicinegallery, got her package in 2 days and that local arborne/dhl had no problem giving her package to her even tho it was shipped ground. Sounds like you are placing the responsiblily on the only thing you can control, which whether you order again or not. As long as we the customer let companies like Arbrone/DHL treat us like this we will have poor service. It does not matter whether it is Medicinegallery or any other web stite out there, we need to call the shipping company and complain when the shipping gets messed up. As for the shipping and handling fee, try ordering music from BMG. I can pay for the cd at the store and it cost me less by the time they add on their shipping and handling.

I'll try to be polite since your email was the opposite. Bit of advice though. Be careful with your words.

Medicine Gallery would not respond to my emails nor those of others who have been long time customers. They charged $19.95 for shipping from THIS country. After waiting 3 weeks for the shipping, I assumed I had paid for overnight. And indeed the package got to my city overnight. DHL would not deliver it for 5 more days because they said MG did not pay for overnight. I ordered from them ONLY because I had a short term need for one of their meds. That's it.

I no longer work rescue. Those here who know me, know why. What I do is provide a home/love/medical care for terminally ill animals. Spend 24 hours volunteering here before you speak to me regarding what I do.

As for the neighbors who shoot guns in the air for fun.... are they your relatives? Most people I know would be just a tad upset having that going on next door. Try explaining to an animal that's dying what the terrifying sound is.
What meds are you on?

Well Kiki I am sorry if you thought I was being impolite with my choice of words. I sincerely doubt that you meant it as a compliment when you asked me if your gun shooting, terroring neightbors were my relative. I just felt that you were blameing the wrong people for not getting your shipement. I always encourage people to stick up for themselves with the service companies like DHL that just don't care about the people who are the basis for their business. I have been with Medicine Gallery for almost 2 years now since they started with a rinky dink website that the orders were not even sent to the pharmacy for 2 weeks. It was always 4 weeks for delivery then so I think they have made an improvement with the automated site that they have now. Once a package is placed with a shipper the company has no control over how that shipper does his job and that is the main point here. We the people do not stand up for ourselves. Not just you but all of us. We do not elect the congressmen that will change the way the pharmacy companies over charge the American people. If we could just make ourselves do that then we would not need Medicne Gallery or any other web site. I can understand how frustrating it must be to have neighbors who would shoot their guns in the air. I have had a bullet come into my home from just such people. What goes up must come down. You are actually in physical danger from those bullets not just the terror that the animals experience. It is just that Medicine Gallery or even pharm88 can no more control Dhl, Fed/ex, or UPS than you can those frightening neighbors. Fair is fair.

I can assure everyone that DHL was made quite aware of my displeasure with their service. The response I got from them was of course avoiding the issue of my package sitting in their warehouse for 5 days. What they said was that regardless of the fact it got to Orlando overnight, had it gone by truck ("ground"), it would've taken 5 days to get down here. Therefore I had to wait that amount of time because Medicine Gallery only paid for ground shipping. Ridiculous? Yes, but I don't know what else I could've done except wait and I don't know who is responsible. Honestly I don't have the time to pursue this as I might have in the past. We only have one vehicle and my partner takes it to work everyday so I was not able to pick the package up. Maybe someday someone will donate a car, or my personal favorite, a redneck machine (atv).

I know how dangerous the combination is of idiots and guns. A much loved member of the community and grandfather of 20 was killed on New Year's Eve by a bullet fired in the air.
There is nothing we can do because these neanderthals next door have threatened our animals if we cause them any trouble. Hopefully God is watching.

I don't mind anyone disagreeing with me or having opinions different from mine. I have and will continue to gladly help anyone on the board who needs animal advice.

What I do take exception to and will not tolerate is anyone being rude, insulting or belittling what we do here do help these animals. I am a former corporate New Yorker. Eight years ago I walked away from that to help unwanted animals and give something back. Until you have done what I do, you cannot begin to imagine what my days are like. It is draining emotionally, physically and financially. But it is the most important thing I will ever do in my life. A wet kiss and a snuggle from an animal that has never known love and kindness is what makes it all worthwhile.

KikiMart,
I would reccommend to you to refuse the order and send it back. Never to order from them again.
I wish you would understand the $20 Shipping AND HANDLING fee is also to get the meds from another place to their place and then to ship to you. All hard work.
I am glad I do not have clients such as you who do not read the disclosures on the websites. Not once did it say the 20 dollars was for overnight or 2day. It is always ground. Please read the Facts and deal with the accordingly. To hear your non reasoned complaints is pure silly.

The point I was trying to make, which obviously went over your head, was that the package arrived at my hub OVERNIGHT. It could've been delivered that day as apparently happens with other people's shipments. DHL chose to wait 5 days to take 15 minutes to bring it out to me. And if you really think the $19.95 is what it costs to get the meds to "their place", you don't know as much as you think you do.

Sorry, but reading the small print these days is a luxury I don't have. Your insults and opinions of my post aren't necessary. I don't know whether those of you who can't give me a break are just totally insensitive or have no comprehension of what my life is like. I rarely post because of time issues and because I'm a private person. When I do have an experience I think others could benefit from knowing about, I post.

This will my last post cause I sure don't need the negativity. Good luck to my "animal buddies".
