I want to reiterate the fact that Tom at Ephy is a very caring person who goes out of his way to help those that have entrusted their wellbeing to him.
Thank you Tom for working out the shipping problem today. Your phone call to FedEx fixed the problem immediately and I walked out of FedEx with my package.
In fact, this is the third time Tom has come to my rescue. He is what that person at N** pretended to be. I don't think Tom is going to shift on us though.

And one more thing....I don't know if I ever came back and told everyone that Tom reimbursed me for the bank charges as a result of my consult being charged on my CC rather than COD as requested. I sent him documentation and he credited me the entire charges the bank had imposed.
This man is wonderful and will do you right!

Thank you for taking your time to write a great post about Ephy.com,Tom as well as their staff. If there is something that goes wrong They will fix it ASAP as you have explained in your post. Again lovely thank you for wonderful post on this great op!

I just don't think Tom gets enough praise or credit. He's such a wonderful person who goes out of his way every single time and does what he says he'll do.
He makes some of the other OP operations look second rate. If they strived to be as considerate as Tom has been, there'd be less negative talk about certain ones that we hear so much about. Don't get me wrong....there are wonderful ones for us to choose from. They operate professionally and efficiently. Some of them don't though.
But Tom is top-notch!

I agree! He is always there to take care of problems, answer question, or just talk. Tom needs a raise!
