I assume that with just abut any business, the situations are going to be similar. Espcially with those OP's that are still up and running; the influx of customers from the OP's that are being closed is probobly pretty large at the moment. It'll calm down after a while.

Any recent report on how they are doing? Are people getting what they pay for or has this OP also been caught up in the legal problems of certain Pennsylvania pharmacies?

Online-Scripts and Norco-medication are not involved in any way with any Penn pharmacies. We used to use RX Direct in south Fl, but none of the pharmacies up north.

Yes, we're having a small hardware failure between 2 and 3 routers away from the location where the database is located. All traffic to that building has been stopped and unfortunately we (even back entrances to the server are unaccessable) are locked out as well. I've made the NOC aware and also passed the word to a friend I know that works in the building to see if this can get fixed quickly.
As soon as I have more news I'll pass it on here.

The hardware problem has been resolved and our server is accessable again. The router I mentioned before was actually more than just a router, it was a piece of hardware that would sort the signal and dispurse it to where it was needed (very brief breakdown of it). It was hit by lightning from what I was able to gather and it dropped a lot of sites hosted in that area. It has been fixed though so everything can continue as normal.

Rocky:

First of all, what is the phone # of the pharmacy you use? If there is more than one, can you give me the names and numbers? I don't understand why your "system" sends us refill dates at 25 days and SAYS THE MEDS ARE AVAILABLE, and then we all keep getting our refills refused and "RETURNED BY THE PHARMACY" until day 27.

Can't you fix that and have the pharmacy switch to 25 days. That's pretty much the norm you know.

It would help tremendously with the hassle. And, if you are EVER SO LUCKY to get any CS REP on the phone, a real live person, they try to tell you you are buying the meds someplace else and double dipping. Hardly good Customer Service.

So is it 25 days now...or still the returned by pharmacy thing again? I don't want to change pharmacies without being consulted. Too many times I've had pharmacies changed mid-way in these types of situations and you get the wrong guy's meds, etc.

Just curious about the 25 day thing.

There are multiple pharmacies that we use, it is dependant upon the state that you live in. CS doesn't mean to offend you, they only have the information that the pharmacy sent back if they return a script to us.

The scripts print out at the pharmacy on the 25th day, that might be changing to the 26th day though because of some problems we've run into with the pharmacy.

The first consult was relatively painless. I told them exactly what records/conditions I had. They had no problem charging me the $110 for consult. I faxed in my records when it was time for my refill. After 2 40-45 min. wait phone calls I get an email that the dr. declined my request for refills based on no record of the meds I wanted being prescribed. I said it was only 4 pages how could he mess it? The only help they could offer was to re-fax my rec. Why? They say the same thing they did the first time! I have pm'd Rocky twice. The first was to see if they shipped on Sat. or if I had to wat until Monday. He promptly responded. However, I pm'd him on the 10th about the declined refills and no answer yet. Maybe he is just out for the weekend? Anyway, needless to say, I am disappointed in almost every aspect of this experience and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OP TO ANYONE!!!!!

IF you have accurate, up to date records, and a picture ID
( drivers license)I suggest you try norcoworldwide.com.The hurricanes have presented some problems for them, but they will bend over backwards to help you! They have their own forum now. Questions and current information are shared there. If you do try NWW make sure you read and understand the way the forum works! I am ( I admit) somewhat of a nww cheerleader.Reason? They have always provided me with both excellent product and service.

Has anybody tried to access their account at Norco-Medication.com and found an error message saying "you have no account and no orders at this time?"

I don't know what happened to me. Usually you can see your past orders, everything. Has this happened to anyone else?

Thnks--

T

Well this place is very unprofessional. I sent in records and was docked for 110 bucks. Then for many months am told my recs r 2 old? Then I start getting numerous phone calls, ie "consultations" which always ended in "sorry we need newer records" until one day miraculously 4 months later the caller okayed the meds and they were sent. ILm thinking cool maybe they relaxed their policy on records so I try to get 1 of my 2 remaining refills. Hahahahaha after being on hold 37 minutes the lady says I need newer records, I say well why in the heck did u ok my meds in the 1st place. She says that the dr. Always oks the first order, even with "unacceptable records"!!!! But newer records need to be sent for refills. Well if that was true they wouldn't have waited 4 months to issue my 1st order. So I ask for a partial refill and she says sorry too bad since we filled one order. Needless to say they were manipulative to make their 110 bucks and illogical when it came to explaining their policies to me. This is my way of letting the world know this sites tricks, so go somewhere else

They've got several Dr.'s perhaps yours practices are different from the others. Maybe he thought he was doing you a favor. I'll ask them when I call them about an order later on tomrrow. BUT, it doesn't really matter anymore, Norco doesn't exist anymore; they were absorbed into Online Scripts and I know for a fact that website says clearly on the FAQ page that all medical records must be within a year. So I'm pretty certain the Norcomedication.com's website said pretty much the same thing.

Also, I wouldn't consider using norcoworldwide.com as I seem to remember a few weeks ago that there were huge problems with them.
