I ordered from rxpillmax on Monday and the site says it was shipped that day and I payed for 2 day shipping. I had it held at the HUB like I have been for the last 2 months. However I did not recieve a tracking # so I don't know if it is there. If it was being delievered to my house I would know that it came because I would get a yellow sticker on my door, but how do I know that it gets to the HUB. I know that they are supposed to call you but my UPS HUB never does, I always go by the tracking info on the UPS website. Any suggestions. Can I call UPS without any info on the package? I don't even know where it would have been shipped from. Thanks!

Hi...First post ever and I hope I can help you...go to the UPS site and track by alternate referance number...there put in the order number and your zip code and US...I know that rx1stop uses the order number as the ref. number and they appear to be related...it did work for a friend who is having an order delivered today and DOES have the tracking number now but the ref. number pulled the same info for her prior to getting the tracking number.

Thanks for the advice, it didn't work though. I wonder if that means it wasn't shipped. I'm not sure what to do now. I don't know if I should try to order from somewhere else or wait. I don't want to double dip if that order is going to still ship.

I do know that some places are shipping slowly and some people have orders stuck with newlevitra. I would wait and see if you can track it tonight and if not, send them an email and cancel it and go with another site. I know how frustrating this all is! The other choice is to go ahead and send them an email and cancel the order today and let them know that it wasn't at the hub (you can use the order number as the reference number with the UPS Cust. service too) and place another order in hopes of getting it tomorrow or certainly by the weekend. I would just be prepared to send it back if they do show up to avoid the DDing issue.
I hope this works out for you, I know lots of people are having a hard time with some of these sites right now.

call ups and ask them,
give them your name and ask if they know about a delivery....... if it says shipped, then it has been shipped

I don't believe it- It is going to snow in H E double hockey sticks tonight, I got a NROP on the phone!! I called rxpillmax on the phone and told them I did not rcv a tracking number and she gave me one and I went on the UPS website and entered it and there it was, my package is at the HUB waiting for me. I am so happy. Lil, thank you so much for you help and by the way welcome to the board! This board is awesome. The people here are great if you need advice or have questions about anything. Hope to see you around alot. Thanks for jumping in and helping me out!!

I ordered from RXPILLZONE which looks exactly the same as RXPILLMAX. My order from rxpillzone says "shipped" as of today but also no tracking number. I sent them an email asking for a tracking number, no response yet. Anyone order from rxpillzone and receive order with no tracking information? Thanks, GEM37

Thanks for the welcome...I think this board is really great. I have come here often but never really had the courage to post...you know how it is getting started.
I have herniated disks L4/L5 from 36 hours of labor and a beautiful daughter to show for it! So worth it that I did it again and now have 2 girls, ages 2 and 4. I am in school while they are young studying pathophysiology so I do have access to some great resources and will try to pass on links and info whenever I can help.
Thanks again for the welcome and sorry to just throw my intro in here but the ladies are eating lunch and I have to go stop an impending food fight I hear brewing...LOL

I called RXPILLZONE, (which looks the same as rxpillmax but has different address and phone) and someone answered. I asked for a tracking number since it said shipped. She gave me one,and said it was shipping today and I put it in UPS and it says no info known. I tried to call again but got answering machine. Anyone order from rxpillzone with success? Thanks, GEM37

Hey Gem, did you order today? Tracking numbers don't start working on UPS's website until after 8-9:00 PM. That may be why it doesn't show any info yet. It will not show your package in their system until it updates. So if they picked it up from the OP today, you will see it after 8:00 tonight, if they don't get it until tomorrow, you will see it after 8:00 PM tomorrow night. I have never used that OP so I can't give you any advice to how they operate. You are right, they look just like rx1stop and rxpillmax, however when I tried to enter my account info on their site they did not have it and when I do that on the other two it shows up because they are connected, so I don't know if they are linked. If they are connected then it is a good OP because rx1stop and rxpillmax are good quality OP's. Good luck to you.

Even though it shows shipped that only means the script has been filled and is ready to go. Tracking numbers dont show until its in the UPS system after the driver picks up. Usually happens between 8-10pm EST in my experience.

Actually, you get a track number from UPS as soon as billing info is recvd from shipper b4 UPS even picks up the package. Thats the way its always worked for me. Just UPS gets the info scanned in their own good and decided time, but yes usually after 8:00 to see any change, but I got my track number from UPS not even an hour after I ordered, but it was in the afternoon when I placed it at pillzone...
