Thanks for the welcome...I think this board is really great. I have come here often but never really had the courage to post...you know how it is getting started.

I have herniated disks L4/L5 from 36 hours of labor and a beautiful daughter to show for it! So worth it that I did it again and now have 2 girls, ages 2 and 4. I am in school while they are young studying pathophysiology so I do have access to some great resources and will try to pass on links and info whenever I can help.

Thanks again for the welcome and sorry to just throw my intro in here but the ladies are eating lunch and I have to go stop an impending food fight I hear brewing...LOL
