Hi...First post ever and I hope I can help you...go to the UPS site and track by alternate referance number...there put in the order number and your zip code and US...I know that rx1stop uses the order number as the ref. number and they appear to be related...it did work for a friend who is having an order delivered today and DOES have the tracking number now but the ref. number pulled the same info for her prior to getting the tracking number.
