After reading the posts regarding a certain OP that has not delivered and has already charged my credit card, I think I'll have to do a chargeback. I've never had to do that before. When I call the credit card company, do I have to explain in detail why I'm charging back? I think I can say for product never delivered, but do they take a report on what kind of product, etc.? Thanks for any guidance.

Each credit card bank is different. A simple "Service never rendered" or "order was not delivered" should be sufficient. ...B BLESSED...Disciple

Yes each is different but on the pharma24 situation the bank cannot go back to them and take the money out of their account because it is seized by the Spanish Government therefore the bank has to take the hit. They will ask a million questions "could this have been confiscated by customs, what is it, why did you not get it, etc". You will have to sign a paper stating what happened. Remember this is the bank taking the hit now not Pharma24 and this is a real big difference. The bank cannot just charge it back to Pharma24 anymore but they do guarantee certain things but iop - think not. I will say it again, never, never charge anything in the iop world back.

You got scammed, ok but do you really want to scam a bank with this type of thing? Not me!

yeah I prolly should've explained that more or worded it differently
when I said I GOT SCAMMED I paid for a totaly legal item & never recieved it. it had nothing to do with meds or anything. I dont understand how I am scamming the bank doing a chargeback. I just didnt wanan admit tot he nature of the item even though it was legal. Kinda embarassing situation. i wasnt trying to pull one over on anyone or anything. I am sorry if I worded it as if I was trying to scam the bank. if doing a chargeback for not recieving a legal product you paid for is a scam then I dont know what else to say.
