After reading the posts regarding a certain OP that has not delivered and has already charged my credit card, I think I'll have to do a chargeback. I've never had to do that before. When I call the credit card company, do I have to explain in detail why I'm charging back? I think I can say for product never delivered, but do they take a report on what kind of product, etc.?
