i read alot of negative feedback on this site regarding opfl.com.
my experience wasn't bad. i orderd my meds on march 13, i recieved an email the next day confirming the order was in progress. a week later i received an email from matt who said my order was shipped out of serbia on march 22, and i received the order intact on monday march 29 7 days later. the expiration on the meds is 2008 and to boot, instead of 90 pills that i orderd, they sent me 100 and the are of excellent quality. i will use them again. matt responded to each of my emails within a few hours after i sent them. my advice for those of you who worry so much is to keep emailing and be persistent. after all, you are the consumer, they are getting your money and it's their obligation and duty to live up to their "promise" that the meds will be shipped on time.

Arne, I don't have time to beg a iop to do it's job. The meds where VERY poor quality when received. I found nothing good about opfl and don't know why anyone would want put up with that.

Although they delivered and the purchase of the product was easy, the potentcy was definantly less than stated(about 1/2-3/4). My friend may order from them again since there wasn't a minimum order, but it'll certainly be a different product. Overall, 3.5 our 5 stars seems to be appropriate for them since they were courtious, responsive, and discreet, but sadly, they have to be docked for product quality.

I had some problems with their potency back in February. They stated here on this board that they changed suppliers so I ordered again. The difference between then and now is like night and day.

Even back in February when I thought the potency was weak, they sent me another order at their expense when I informed them.

These people have been nothing but courteous to me and when I confronted them that I was not happy, they replaced the product at their expense (shipping too). So, their customer service really couldn't be any better for me. Now, with the new supplier, their potency is right on. And .. I've never ordered from ourprescriptionsforless.com and NOT received an order.

They are for real.

I too had a problem with weak benzos (diazepam), from an order placed around last november...they reshipped the 20mg diazepam from their serbian pharmacy after i told them about the problem, but it never arrived (and i've heard that they had problems with that pharmacy). however, everything else i've ordered from them has arrived and was effective, and i placed another order last week. can't beat their customer service...other than weekends, i almost always get a response within 24 hours (and chris is pretty good about responding even on the weekend, even if it's just to say that i'll need to wait for matthew to respond). I'm a happy customer, and have recommended them to a few uninsured friends of mine who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford their meds.

Free board members are offered an additional 20% free product for the products listed in the main thread for our pharmacy. VIP MEMBERS ARE offered an additional 30% free product for those products listed in our main thread.

We are not able to provide a coupon number and the discount offerings were a bit of a hassle to our customers from these two boards, where they are offered. So, we have come up with an easier way to say THANK YOU to both the VIP and regular board members.

I'm simply delighted. I'm doing handstands! (Ok, if I were pain free, I might attempt a handstand). Ourrx4less came through for me perfectly! The order was initially delayed a few days, but Matthew emailed me and told me of the delay and gave me the date of shipping. My order arrived today, ten days later and I'm in the US. After being taken big time by my old 'fav' OP and rationing my meds to the point where I was suffering all night and in tears of pain all day, I'M GOING TO GET SOME SLEEP TONIGHT!

After seeing two emails this morning that were referred to me, they were not from DB member by the way, it dawns on me that we might need to clarify a couple of points.

We do not have an office in North America. I am in the South Pacific, some 16 hours ahead of the Pacific Time zone.
Our European office is 6 hours ahead of New York City. We have two additional offices, also in different time zones.

When an order is recieved it is reviewed and sent on to the central office in Europe. From there it is sent to the appropriate fulfillment centre so that it might be processed and shipped. Only customer service operations are active on Saturday and Sunday, in Europe. The actual pharmacy plants are not operational on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, in Europe.

When we are asleep, customers in North America are awake. When customers in North America are asleep, we are awake.

There are some customers who get their orders within seven to ten days, and there are posts on this board to back that statement up. There are other customers who have to wait a bit longer due to circumstances beyond our control such as an item being out of stock and the supplier not having the item in stock, meaning we have to wait until we get a replinishment. We usually post an out of stock notice on the site and take the order button down when this occurs. However, due to cached webpages and the time delay we do continue to receive orders even after the item is taken off the que ordering que. There is very little we can do about that.

As to domestic shipped products, we do not have an office in North America. When there is a larger than expected volume of orders we must get a fresh supply there in order to process and get those orders out to UPS. This can take about seven days.

We are centralizing operations into two centres, over the next few months. Product will eventually only be processed and shipped from the South Pacific and Europe. And, all other operations will take place under one roof, from one central location, in one time zone. At that point we will only be dealing with two time zones rather than four.

Hi all and Hello Chris,

Well I have been here for quite a few years and today I spend the entire day trying to figure out what is going on here. I have never been to a thread where the owner is the host and what a show it is!

I am thinking about ordering from here however I am a little confused as there are several large threads going at once and I don't think I can take much more of this reading.

Chris, I will be emailing you as I have a few questions and upon your answer to my questions I will order or not and report the progress (if I order). Perhaps then everyone can stop defending themselves and let this business get on with what it is, a business and not a babysitter or referee for the likes of us (hope I have not offended anyone).
