Can you change your shipping options once Fedex has your package? I tried to catch it before it left Clinical Solutions, but couldnt. It is scheduled for Monday delivery from Urgent meds even though I ordered Thursday. I want it here tomorrow! Is there any way anyone knows to get it tomorrow, it will be here in my town, just not scheduled for delivery- FRUSTRATING! AND IN PAIN!!- Which is why I called "Urgent Meds"

you have to call fedex with the tracking number and try to pose as the shipper -- that is tough because you do not know the account number to which it is billed. I have tried 3with other items that were on my own account and it did not work -- most likely you have to wait sorry

I have heard that if it shows that is at the local fed exp office, you can pick it up even if it is not scheduled for delivery until Monday. You have to call 1st and have them pull the package out for you. I've personally not done this, but have read it on another board.

Good luck. I am going to have to do the same thing. Probably should get there early so there aer people still in the back. I just dont understand why people who order on wednesday night get shafted to a monday delivery. If you order after 4pm on Thursday and before 4pm Friday you get an option for Saturday delivery. The option only appears if you order between these times. That is ridiculous. Peoplewho order earliesr get their orders later. The cust service rep wouldn't even help me change it to Saturday delivery. Great help.....i'm pissed

This is what I did and it worked, but let it be know that the firat time I tried this was late in the day and I got shut dowm. I arived at the Pick up location right when it opened. Told them that I had spoken to both the shipper and Fed Ex numerous times about getting a Saturday hold. It would be much easier just to have te sended take two seconds of their time and check the hold for Sat pick up section on the airbill. Anyway I politely went in there and explained my situation and that it was supposed to be here for p/u. (Which it really wasn't, and i also gave them a name of a supposed manager at FX that said it would be done. I also explained that it was very important medication that I can't go a day without taking. They began to search furiosly for the package and at one point the still was at the ramp. Long story short I went back up there @ 2:30 and they still couldn't locate for awhile. Fortunatley patience and perseverence prevailed. I had the package in my hand and out the door @ 3. So remember the motto: you get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. Treat those guys/gals with respect and they will do the best they can. I think the reason I got refused the first time I tried it was the fact I shoulded up late in the afternoon when most all of the help was gone. Thats my story, and I hope it helps for all the people who get screwed with no Saturday shipping and rude OP cust serv that just wont go out of their way and help. The weekend is looking pain free.

I believe that all "hubs" are different in terms of what they will allow. In my experience, I was not permitted to schedule a pick up until there was at least one attempt made to deliver it to my residence. Seems a little silly to me since you are saving the driver a stop on his/her route. I have only run into this problem when it is a signature only package. I agree that a positive/helpful attitude may work to your advantage if you try to pick it up before a delivery attempt is made. Good Luck!

Well, ninny1, it's Sunday, so I hope you got your meds yesterday! Or had some backups just in case...
Once I had Fedex reschedule a package for Saturday delivery all on their own. The shipper had stuck a label on the outside that said "PRIORITY:Contiains Medication" or something like that, and although it was scheduled for Monday they brought it on Saturday.
On several ocassions I have called Fedex and had them re-route packages already in transit, so they would be delivered to me at a different address. They were happy to oblige. None of these packages contained medication, however.
