Hi, I have a question about the quality of the medication from this company. Specifically, I would need to order Lortab. Can anyone help answer this question? Thanks....

I refilled twice from Tropical RX, the first time after 23 days and the second after 24. Did they change the refill period to 90 days now?

I just ordered there for the first time. I read something that said 45 days for refills. I don't remember where I saw that or I would put that here for you.
Anyway, this seems to be an exceptional organization. I am very happy with them. I ordered Saturday 10/4 night and got them on 10/6 Tuesday morning. The tracking info was clear just like everyone described in their posts before me.

I ordered around 11pm on the 7th. I received my order around 4pm on the 9th. This is a first rate company! I dont know about the waiting period though. I ordered 60 Norco, 10/325. After I had placed my order, I discoved that I could have gotten the generic, same strength, same price except I could have gotten 90 instead of 60 pills. I will be more careful next time, and read, read, read.

There is no "discrepancy" about the waiting period. No matter how many pain pills you order, you will have to wait 90 dang days to refill. Hopefully, you will have found a better place by then.

I just wanted to post my refill experience with Tropicalrx. I ordered 90 10/500 hydros on 8/20. Got them with no problems. The bottle says to take 1 every 6 hours. On 9/13 I received and email telling me it was time for a refill. By law you can only fill scripts every 25 days so I waited. On 9/21 I placed my refill order and received my meds with no problems at all once again. I am sure I will be getting another refill email in the next few days but will wait until it has been 25 days since my last refill to order.

The only reason I can think of that people are having to wait 90 days to refill is the doctors recommended dosing. I am supposed to take 1 every 6 hours which would be a 30 day supply. Anyway just wanted to let you guys know my experience with refills. So far this has been the best OP I have used.

****THIS IS A SIDE NOTE FOR 14 STONES****

I am not trying to pick a fight with you but I just wanted to comment on some of your post. I know I have very few posts but I do a lot of reading and research. I don't get how you can bad mouth such a good OP. Have you even read the post in this thread? There are far more positive then negative here. You claim to have had such a terrible experience with Tropical but I don't see any details about it posted anywhere in this thread. I don't work for Tropical or anything but I do think they are a great but expensive OP. By your posts here it makes me wonder if you work for a rival OP. As I said before I am not trying to pick a fight with you or anything I just think you are being a little harsh. By the way Buymeds and Tropical are not owned by the same company. I believe they both used the same web design firm and the same form model to code ther websites.

I do believe the change happened since your last order. All of my scripts say every 6 hours as well, and I used to get refill reminders like clock work. My last order went smooth. However, no refill reminder yet and it has been well over 30 days.

Yeah it has been since 9/22 that I got my last refill and things might have changed since then. The FAQ still say every 25 days so if I don't get a refill email I will probably just order a new script.

I also noticed they have not updated the FAQ. Unfortunately, placing a new order will have the same effect if it's for the same medication (pain). They will notice and make you wait 90. FormTweek(TM) tactics might work, but I cannot explain further for all of the obvious reasons.

The refill policy is new and you will not get your meds until it has been 90 days. My was due (30 days) on 10/01 and I get a message that says it is too early to fill and call C/S.

Just went to UnityRX.com and was able to order and it has been over 30 days and mine are on the way so it is a Tropical thing.

Hi, I wanted to post my experience with TropicalRx. I placed my first order on Monday of this week. I tracked the status of my order and within an hour and a half I received an e-mail stating that the order was denied because I didn't put my doctor's name in the field (an oversight on my part). I e-mailed them with the information and waited. I received no response from either the doctor's e-mail address or the customer support e-mail address so I called them. I was immediately put into their voice mail system stating that they were busy and to leave a message, which I did. I heard nothing from them so I called back in about 5 hours. A person answered the phone and I explained everything. They put a hold on my credit card for $ 143.95 and said that this would be released in several days and after it was released to try to place the order again since I had submitted the information they needed. I asked if they responded to e-mails and they said that they do, but as of today I still have received no response from them. I called my bank today and they said that the hold should disappear within 72 hours which should be either Thursday or Friday of this week. I'm not going to try to place an order with them again because I think that it is ridiculous that they went ahead and put a charge against my card before the order was approved and now I have to wait to get my own money. It must be hit or miss with who you get to review your order. I don't want to risk another order with them. That is my experience with this company and I wanted to pass it along to everyone.

No, several OP's are going 90 days. We still need the full story on this.

I have received several refill e-mails from them and when I attempted to refill, I got all the way through the process and a notice comes up saying it's too soon to refill due to the 90 day policy. I think this is a little sneaky on their part. I e-mailed them and said to cancel my order with no reply after 4 days. Will they put a hold on my cc account and send the meds anyway after 90 days. I hope this is in the proper thread. Thanx

As I have been saying all along these guys are thieves and aren't below using ANY method necessary to not only steal your money but to leave you in pain without any notice. They knew that they were going to go to the 90 day policy in advance but did they send you notification of it so that you could make other arrangements? OF COURSE NOT.

They are still showing their true colors and the shame of it is that some who post here are going to suffer because of it. There are still several other solid OP's out there, just look around the boards and you will find them. These are just awful. Buyer Beware.

TropicalRx does not charge your card until your order ships. A hold is not a charge. Any company doing business is going to put a hold on the funds to prevent you from trying to use the same available credit for two different purposes.

What tropical may not realize is the hold drops off after 30 days if nothing is posted from the merchant bank so there may not be any credit available for them when the 90 day mark hits.

They don't even warn you when you reach the page to enter the cc info that they are going to put a hold on your card line. You may not even realize this on the next page when you see the red line saying your order is on hold. (at least that's what happened to me at medpharmrx)

I went through the process knowing about the 90 day policy, but wanted to see if I could "slip through", saw my order was "on hold", went to my cc company online and saw these boneheads put a hold on my funds. They should wait until the day before they are going to fill the order to process the transaction and put a hold on funds which will be filled in the next few days.

I now hate medpharmrx and tropicalrx and will never use either again. Don't even get me started about uspharmacyrx. I have entered the world of reliable, cheaper records-based OPs and am so much happier.
