Thus far, I haven't been all that impressed. I'm overdue by about a month for my next refill from eRXonline but would really rather go with a more reputable OP that requires records if for nothing else- more pills/less money- better deal. I've been doing my research, but naturally have questions about certain things. My disappointment came when I sent a private message to kathy asking if what I knew I could provide would be adequate and if not, what else I should be gathering should I choose to order from them. As always, I give people the benefit of the doubt- when I didn't hear back for several days- I imagined the best possible case scenario- everybody takes a vacation, no? Perhaps she hadn't gotten my missive? It became obvious to me that wasn't the case when I saw the new October special offer but after at least a week- still no response to said missive. What a way to start out!

Gracie:
Sorry about your frustration but if you judge everyone by an email, you will be without meds forever.
I've used about 20-30 OP's and I really like YOD but I am the type that never send an email to an OP since I feel this is a distraction and it keeps them from doing their jobs and I am sure that this is overkill but it's always paid off for me.
Again, YOD and Kathy are great and you will miss out on a great experience if you go with your current thoughts.

best way to reach Kathy is through the YOD email... she even does Email work at home into the late hours 10pm EST,etc. -BUT still get adequate medication the first consult
Basically, any obvious medical record(s) to support the treatment will be accepted, BUT the Doctor may ask for more through assessment of the problem before the 2nd consult. so basically you have 3 months to go to a Doc-in-a-box or Beg for records from Previous Clinics that didnt treat you enough or hospital records ,etc...
They are really EASY to deal with, and leave you with a 'i've done a good thing' feeling in the end - ( ! A+ ! ) Doctor and staff to deal with VERY knowledgeable and understanding . its as close to visiting a Pain Management Doctor VIA the internet as it gets.
the Pharmacy leaves you with the same impression too, at least to me and my family.
Don't get me wrong , they are no push overs and DO read your records. I feel they Care which is 1000x's more than most other OP's.

MrB- I understand your point, however, working in customer service, that *is* important. I didn't email the OP. Rather, I sent a private message via this site after careful consideration of lots of OP's. Having sent and received pm's from others working for/owning OP's- I didn't get that same feeling that they cared whether or not I chose them or another. If I'm going to invest a lot of cash into an OP and have to supply records, it sure would be nice to know that what I have is adequate rather than wasting my time and theirs by submitting something that just 'isn't enough'.

Kathy posted somewhere(maybe VIP) she doesn't have time to get to the board very often and she had closed her "pm" option.Try contacting her at this addy, she always answers.
She requested we contact her here, instead of pm's. Hope this helps.

Thank you, Jeremiah- I do hate judging a book by it's cover and had I known that, I wouldn't have sent her a pm. As there was no indication that the pm box was full I assumed (against my better judgement) that I was just ignored and that is not ever a good feeling. In any event, I believe with all of the help and quick replies I *do* receive, my decision will be to go with AAAMedsWorldWide. I've always gotten a warm feeling there- the "I am more than just an order" feeling. That is priceless.

Certainly Understandable,Gracie!
You do what You think is best,ya know? I'm sorry you didn't know about her pm's, no wonder you felt ignored. I would have too.
I'm just glad you have an OP you are comfortable with, That is what matters most.
Have a good one,
J.
