The information they gave me is that the new law in Fla. now makes it illegal for Fla. pharmacies to ship to ?#? states (they did not give specifics). IMO they are scrambling to find a pharmacy that can ship our orders. "Our" being those of us outside the state or surrounding states.....if you read the posts, people in Fla. are receiving their orders. I was told to call tommorrow if my order hadn't arrived. If it doesn't, I will call, but I'm not waiting much longer on just their promise...I want to see "in route for delivery"!!

After 8 days and two nasty emails this morning, I come home and - WHOA - my UPS tracking number works. Shows that it left MIAMI at 9:11 pm and is now on it's way here to be delivered via NEXT DAY AIR on - get this - SEP 17!!!!
If all goes well , I assume i'll see my meds tommorow morning. I'll update in the AM.

Well I spoke to a CS rep who told me they need to cancel my order and I should place another one later today. I don't know if I'll be doing that...Order is cancelled and all this waiting and such for nothing. What a great feeling.

Why did they tell you they need to cancel your order? I just talked to cs and she said they are having a hard time finding a pharm. that will deliver to my state TN. She said it was at a diffrent pharm and I could check my order status after 7 pm today and see if the tracking # has chaged to transit. She said they were not out to take anyones money and offered to cancel if I did not want to wait until tomorrow. I said I would give it one more day.

I'm also making that call! Order status has not changed. What a waste of time. I'll have to check today but as of Sat. they hadn't charged me yet....so thats one good thing. Goodluck to all.

I live in TN also. Used erx for the first time in July, got 2 refills. They sent me all the emails requesting documentation and proof of ID but sent both my refills before I sent anything. Got my last one this morning. Shipped from Speedscripts in Florida. I never called or disputed my order, which seemed to help, but be careful, I think whoever said Florida OP's are on the way out is right. Ordered my refill 9-19, received 9-24. One last note, who keeps their medical records around their house?

Anyone whose script went to that Genawith Pharmacy or whatever the one is that starts with a "G" - NO SHIPPING TO TEXAS, and who knows who else. They are ALL coming back and they are sending them to Speed Scripts or someone who does.

Just spoke to the supervisor at Erxonline CS dept.to confirm the refund of my money and she told me as of tomorrow they will not be shipping to Tennessee. She said there are 16-17 states they will not be servicing. I do not know if she ment that they were adding that many to the list?? Or it will be the total. I am guessing it will be the total. So if ya live in TN your not gonna be using Erx anymore...unless your order can get shipped out tonight. Sheeesh what a roller coster ride of an experience this has been.... Take care all.

Also called eRX on behalf of my husband, who had refill due. I Ordered for him on the 23rd, it went directly to "at pharmacy." Later in the afternoon, he went to check to see if it had been shipped, and the website would not let him access his account because they were not allowed to ship to CA anymore. At this point it was after hours, so I waited untill yesterday morning to call them, and they explained that, indeed, they were not shipping to CA anymore, but since it was a refill, they were trying to get the pharmacy (Speedscripts) to honor it. I said okay, but how will I know whether or not it would go through and ship, since the accounts page could not be accessed. She said, "Oh yeah..... Um, ok, I'll call you back when I find out." And I thought for sure, no one would call back. About 15 minutes later, though, she did and said it would be shipped. Amazingly, UPS delivered about 1/2 hour ago. So, moral of the story is, no new orders for California, anymore. And if you live here, call CS for refills.

Could it be that this place could be possible getting it's act together? I received an email from them this morning bascically stating that if customers are not receiveing their orders it's because they cannot find a pharmacy that fills orders for their particular state etc.........
I placed a refill order w/ them on 9/14 requesting overnight delivary and here we are today 9/27 and I have nothing in hand. Eveytime I checked the status of my order it was the same old "Payment received"blah blah blah with the shipped and a useless tracking number at the end. Well today I again checked and to my serious surprise the status shows it's finally shipping, showing all it's destinations the package has been on they're website, but still, not trusting them, I went to the UPS websight and SHOCK OF ALL SCHOCKS-my refill is really on it's way. I have another refill due after this one and will order it, ONLY if I receive the one coming now.
I really hope ERX is getting there act together because they were very convenient to deal with. Well I'll just keep my fingers crossed and will post if, when or not I receive my meds.

I am not convinced yet. I placed an order 09/18. received the same info on ups tracking # payment info received.... when I talked to cs they told me they were trying to find a pharm that could deliver to my state. I told them I would give them another day. Then I received the same email found a pharm licensed in my state and I could reorder. Logged onto my account on erx different tracking # check it out on ups and it is in someone else name. I searched out the name and this guy lives in the next city to mine. I have no idea who he is. tried to reorder to see what would happen and got the message you cannot place an order for this med for 18 days. I hope they don't send my meds. When I don't even know who they are going to. All I know to do is spend a lot of time tring to get cs again. I think I must have gotten lucky the last time. I understand a place can have some trouble. I don't know how someone else name got on my order.

I just think that with the practice( namely the way that talk to people in itself, they probley don't fill out the paper work properly)) that erx has that some states will not allow them to renew there licience. They are a dump and it shows by the fact that the government will not let them renew there licence..when other places will...jmho...I would NEVER use them again even if I ran out and they were the last place on god's green earth to use... can't stand there customer service, lies in prticular, and the fact that they ALLWAYs seem to make it your fault that YOU are the one doing something wrong after they have almost $300 of your money...soorry to vent but people...there are others you can use in a pinch...STAY AWAAY FROM ERXONLINE..jmho...Boobetty

I don't mind to much them having the wrong name on my order at ups as long as I received my order. They don't have my address right either.My order number is still the same. I need to check with my bank to see if I have been given my credit yet.I used a bank card and cannot check until Mon.

If I placed an order with another op will it be considered dd since I still have an order pending at erx? (ALTHOUGH I did not receive my order) My order status at erx states pending for 2 weeks.

I don't see how ANYONE could accuse anyone of DD'ing. This is a perfect example...you NEVER KNOW when or if your going to receive your meds. Even if you think your using a reliable OP, whose to say something won't go wrong or a mix up somewhere and you still don't get your meds on time. There is ALWAYS a chance that SOMETHING will happen, even if it's just a problem with their site or even your computer. I order the different meds I need from different sites. And yes...I go with who offers them the cheapest, even if it is just a few dollars! But to answer your question...IMO..NO, it's not DD'ing because you DIDN'T get the meds.
I had an order with them also that I did not receive. After trying to call for hours (with no answer) to see if my money had been refunded I finally went to their site. I could access their site but I couldn't login. A message came up that I could not order from OH. Great...no answers on the phone, can't access my account BUT they have my money! Anyway, I received an email from them (generic) last night that basically said that I had tried to access their site earlier and could not from my state but now they had a pharmacy that could ship to my state and I could now access their site again. I tried and was able to. I read the list of "states they can't ship to" and my state, as well as many other ones had been removed from the list. I sent them a not so nice email about my refund and hope it is back in my account when I check tomorrow. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

I placed an order with them on the 22nd, and they shipped on the 23rd, I had no idea until Friday when I checked my acct on their website ( they didn't send an email letting me know ) it was attempted to be delivered twice by cattier, but tracking said address or person unknown ) I called carrier in question, I live in an apt complex where you have to call through the directory in the front of the building, which has last names but not apt numbers, and my apt is listed under my boyfriend's name, so I can see the misunderstanding. I gave them a different address to deliver to, and they told me it should be there Tuesday the 30th. So I can't blame ERX for the problem, but will still be relieved to have them in my hands. Let you know how this plays out

I see know when you ttry to order a medicine a lil pop-up comes on saying you must sind I.D and Records or your order will be cancelled. Anyone who placed an order in the last few days know anything about it? I just can't imagine using Erx if ya have records, but that just my opinion. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I ordered and got an email that said if you haven't faxed your valid ID and/or med records, it could delay your order. Since it said "and/or" I faxed my driver's license and my order is at the pharmacy. Hopefully will have it by Tuesday. I have a tracking number. FYI - It had to be resent to another pharmacy because their new pharmacy doesn't send to my state.

WOW, someone please catch me b4 I fall and hit the floor. If you read a few posts up I told everone my ERX story and I said I'd post if they delivered. And don't ya know they're traking was an exact match of ups's and Mr Brown pants showed up bright and early this morning.
Am I still leary of this op-OH YEAH, do I trust them-NOT REALLY, but I'm gonna order my last refill and I REALLY HOPE that I can get it without all the hastle and waiting for 2 or 3 weeks for an overnight delivary.
Again, I will post when I order and again hopefully when I receive. I am truly shocked that these meds are in my hands, because I did not expext them to arrive.
Well that's my story. I HONESTLY hope that all of you who are getting the run around by them receive your meds, I really do, because I know I got lucky and want the same for all of you.
