I placed an order with them on the 22nd, and they shipped on the 23rd, I had no idea until Friday when I checked my acct on their website ( they didn't send an email letting me know ) it was attempted to be delivered twice by cattier, but tracking said address or person unknown ) I called carrier in question, I live in an apt complex where you have to call through the directory in the front of the building, which has last names but not apt numbers, and my apt is listed under my boyfriend's name, so I can see the misunderstanding. I gave them a different address to deliver to, and they told me it should be there Tuesday the 30th. So I can't blame ERX for the problem, but will still be relieved to have them in my hands.
