Lets try to all get on the same ground with these people. Although I did call last week I am not going to call tomorrow. Not sure what I am doing to do though??? I just know calling/emailing is NOT going to make a difference somehow.
Okay, I would like to call and ask why the tracking number isn't working and most importantly WHEN will my meds get here but they won't tell me the truth.
I could try emailing but I highly doubt I will get an answer.
Any suggestions?
I have never been a head banger but that side of the fence is looking better and better!
I have had a very rough weekend so please if all you are going to do is tell me to not call and give no other advice, then don't reply. I think all of us that are int his situation are awfuly mad right now and not ready to hear from someone who can't sympathize. Of course you old hags/people who have used OPs for a loooooooong time can because I am sure you have faced this more then once.

Just wanted to say that I don't really have much advice...but I do feel your frustration. May not be the same OP or same circumstances...but I can feel ya. I would actually call tomorrow, problaly early in the morning. I would personally be polite, but let them know if you have been lied to or such and that this is the final draw. Maybe even a nice mention of a chargeback could speed things up. Even if ya don't do one, no merchant wants to be on bad terms with the credit card companies. Well, good luck and I'm sure that since tomorrow is Monday...something will be done about it. Sending everyone with frustration my calming and tranquil buddha vibes............................Feel better yet?

Compassion to you: Question, are you trying to track by clicking on the tracking thread on the USPharmrx site where your account is opened? If so, and I think one of our moderators mentioned this but it has been more than a few posts ago, you should go to the FedEX web site and enter the tracking number there. My USPharmrx account still does not take me to the tracking info when I click on their tracking thread; however, when I go to the FedEx site and enter my tracking number...it works, and my blood pressure goes down because it is on its way to be delivered. If you have done this....all I can do is

Do you REALLY think they are afraid of those words?
You know I am questioning if my script ever made it over to TDI because Friday morning when I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone he said "I have that last name but a different first name and different state" Then I asked WHY he doesn't have anything for me and he replied they probably haven't sent it over yet to us. Don't you love those "PROBABLY" words, oh our english language is just wonderful when you want to cover your you know what!
On Thursday they told me that they had received over 300+ scripts from USPHAR so that is what makes me think mine has to be there????
So many different stories...So many lies...So many screw-ups!
I don't know of any other industry that we, the general public, allow to mess up like this! We certainly wouldn't let our accountants, lawyers, teachers, banks, retail stores, etc mess with us like this! When I go to work and tell someone something, I am held accountable for my words, aren't you because if not...I want your job!!!!!!

Yes Dr I have. Still nothing. No record of that tracking number. You and a few others are having success by doing that so that tells me that TDI did fill a few scripts on Friday. There are still a few of us that don't have working tracking numbers so now I am thinking somehow ours got lost in the shuffle. If that is the case, gesh it will take them 2 more weeks to straighten this out!

I would hope that they get the orders from the 15th of last week filled tomorrow and go on down the line from there, but who knows. I am going to contact someone to find out if they even have my script or if it has magically been lost.

Okay. I checked the fedex site--not found. I'm getting a little perturbed. I have praised and defended this place and recommended them to all. So now I feel like a big Goober. They better get it together or they're going to lose a lot of good customers....

Ok, I just called TDI and they don't have a script for my name. I have called USPharm for hours. My order is from 9-15. If I do not have a working tracking number this evening I am doing a charge back. I do not understand this!! I have a tracking number for something, but if the pharmacy doesn't even have my script what is it for? It may be that the pharmacy is lying once again.

Has anyone had this happen and actually recieved your meds. I though that there might be a slight possibility that they have already filled it and it is waiting pick-up from FedEx and this is why they said there wasn't a scrip for me anymore.

I'm going to give them 1 more day of waiting.
If my track # is not valid by tonight, ppl are getting calls bright and early in the EST AM, even if it means waking up at 5am here.

Has anybody even been able to get through to uspharmacy on the phone? I've tried for quite awhile today and I either get the message"to better serve our customers" or "customer serice is busy with other customers" message

If you can get TDI on the phone (which I did early this morning), they'll tell you if you have been processed. I had not. My order was placed 9/15 for two-day delivery. However, I have tried again to see if they are going alphabetically (not fair) or by when the order was placed. Now I can't get through to them either. I just checked my track # @ fedex.com and it was valid, picked up at 5:00pm!!

Just checked AGAIN at fedex.com and mine has not been scanned.
I posted (update 5:30pm Monday) about 2 catergories of people who are having troule getting their meds and I am not in either of those two so I wonder what the hold up is NOW?????
If yours was scanned and in their system and you have it on their website then I am going to assume mine did not go out AGAIN. These people UPSET me sooooooo much! I am just shaking my head in disbelief right now. They have had my money for a week now d*mn it! I am going to have to order from somewhere else tonight/tomorrow morning and do a charge back which I really didn't want to do with my credit union, etc. Those people are way to nosey!
I could scream!!!!!!!!!
BTW, I am glad someone is GETTING thier meds FINALLY!!!!!!!

I remember when TDI took over my refill from meds123, TDI had no record of my script when i inquired through their website-but I still received my refill from them within 2 days of MEDS123 sending it to them. Please keep us updated!!
