Just wanted to say that I don't really have much advice...but I do feel your frustration. May not be the same OP or same circumstances...but I can feel ya. I would actually call tomorrow, problaly early in the morning. I would personally be polite, but let them know if you have been lied to or such and that this is the final draw. Maybe even a nice mention of a chargeback could speed things up. Even if ya don't do one, no merchant wants to be on bad terms with the credit card companies. Well, good luck and I'm sure that since tomorrow is Monday...something will be done about it. Sending everyone with frustration my calming and tranquil buddha vibes............................Feel better yet?
