I have posted in other posts recently about having problems from last week with a shipment saying it was shipped and had tracking # and it not being able to track due to not being scanned. This morning I spoke to a VERY nice gentleman who told me that since I had asked for it to be shipped using the "free" shipping that it could take days to weeks to even go to the pharmacy. Being my first order, I never dreamed it would take that long! He is shipping my order out overnight priority because I need the medications (as he put it) and if/and/or when I get the one that is lying around with no hurry to be send, I can refuse and it will go back. So, if I R Stupid (LOL) and didn't know about this free slow shipping I am passing this information on to you so U R not Stupid to use their free shipping if you want it any time soon! Regards

I believe they were BS'n you. I used the free shipping option and got mine in 2 business days. It says right in their FAQ, "All orders received before 3:00 PM EST are shipped the same day, unless physician needs to call customer, which might delay shipment to the next business day.
All orders received after 3:00 PM EST are shipped the next business day."

Hate to say this but I think that "booker" is bs'ing us. I have never heard of nor experienced any online pharmacy "holding" a package just because a patient/customer chose the free shipping option that THEY offered.

I would take offense to ya'll thinking my information is bs except you don't know me. I am passing along what the gentleman told me on the phone, that when you go with the free shipping it can take up to a week to get it to the pharmacy, the paid priorities come first. It is my first time to deal with this company and I was passing along info of my experience to this forum. If I do get the "other" one I have been waiting for I will inform all as to how long it took. That order was Sept 11, said shipped and tracking# given. I am very happy that everyone else has had great business with this place. My regards

Ordered 9/16 and approved. Received email last night that their pharmacy is shut down and orders would be going out today(9/17). I Called late afternoon to confirm it went out and was told they are transfering scripts to a new pharmacy and they will try to get some of the backed up ones out on Friday and next week, but no guarantee. Even though they knew this info about their pharmacy, they keep taking more orders that they can not deliver. I doubt i'll ever see my order.

The other pharmacy is not "shut down" they are answering the phone. They just seem to have a hard time getting orders out.

The nice gentleman on the phone yesterday who was concerned that I had ordered and it was shipped last Sept 11 told me that it would be shipped overnight priority and received by 10:30 as I was in need of my meds. Bye, Bye, 10:30 a.m. Perhaps it will be just the overnight by 4:30 to give him the benefit of the doubt. I understand from reading this forus that there seems to have been some pharmacy problems, etc over the weekend and orders are backed up, etc. but mine was before that,said it was shipped the 11th and given a tracking # the 11 which still has no tracking. This gives me pause as to the additional stuff going on. I ask that when people start receiving their orders to please let the forum know. Regards

The other pharmacy wasn't shipping out orders. You might want to call USPRX customer service and ask if they transferred you to TDI.

Yikes. I just ordered from them last night and got order approval and tracking # this AM. email said track.# would not show up until Fedex scanned it in-24 to 48hrs. I paid for overnight. Maybe that just means overnight after fedex gets it??? I have used them before with free ship and got scrpt in two days--no problems. We shall see, eh?? will let ya know.

I finally recieved a tracking number this morning from FedEx, so they are still using Fedex to ship. I don't know which pharmacy they are using however, since TDI uses UPS. We will see if it gets here tomorrow.

Well, Stacey, I took your advice to call them and see where that week old shipment was and the new overnight priority one didn't show today and I got a nice little voice mail telling me to leave a message but that the messages were full so I couldn't. I'm starting to feel SOL after 8 days now. And to Folksong and Gatorade - love to hear when you get your stuff, it may help make my pain go away. With Regards.

I ended up calling and cancelling with them after ordering yesterday because I just didn't trust them even though they have been very nice. I thought I was out of refills with aaamedsworldwide but I just happened to check late last night and I had one due to ship on Friday!!! How happy are you when you think you are out of refills and you aren't?? Well, pretty darn happy. I do hope you guys get your orders soon though!!

My cousin said she had to call several times before she got someone to answer, but she always gets a live person eventually. I would just keep calling them.

Yeah, I also have an order which is taking a long time to process. It was approved for over 24 hours before I even got a track number, and that track number isn't in the system yet. I have to doubt that the track number is INVALID, it's just that the airbill hasn't been scanned. I think the pharmacy is just being slow about getting orders out.
What also seems confusing is that most of their site refers to ups shipping, but you get fedex ship options and a fedex track number, not that I'm complaining that if I get fedex instead of UPS.

I have ordered from them twice and both times were great. I just ordered this past Monday. It got approved and shipped out the SAME day via the FREE FedExSaver Shipping and I received it the NEXT day (Tues). I don't understand how some of us are are getting great service and others aren't. Hmmm
