So true, Mr. Nutty, so true. Personally, I think the simple fact that they rub this "we state NO guarantees" policy in your face is reason enough to lose our business. We all know that most companies try to limit their liability in these situations, but your honest, customer-centric companies don't raise their middle fingers to an unhappy customer, offering a "tough luck" response to lost merchandise. It's one thing to receive this kind of treatment from a guy selling you a Rolex on a street corner, it's a completely different story when a company tries to pass itself of as "trustworthy", "professional" and "caring about customer service". If you're unwilling to behave like an honest business, please don't present yourself as one. This group doesn't even honor their extra fee "insurance".
Their complete disdain for "complaints" and "criticism" also say a lot about the type of people that run this company. As a professional, I whole-heartedly believe that there is no such thing as "bad" criticism. In fact, I value constructive criticism because it helps me to improve. Apparently, Donna and the folks at Pharmatico do not share this belief.
Like you, I welcome the opportunity to give good reviews when I get good service. Honorable establishments need and deserve our positive comments and our business. Sadly, Pharmatico can no longer be considered an "honorable" establishment. I can only surmise that the company is under very, very poor new management, or they simply stopped caring about the people who keep them in business.
