3 out of 4 orders lost since dec 2003. 1 year of excellent service prior to that. Donna on support has always been responsive, yet no delivery = money better spent elsewhere (and i get plenty of orders delivered since dec 2003 from other places). if orders ever arrive, i'll clearly reconsider it.

"It is VERY rare that satisfied customers take the time to post letters on the messageboards, thus the information found on them are often not correct." - i suppose i was one of the rare ones.
