If someone has gotten one of these 6 page letters, it seems like the first one is a warning but what if a second order gets seized?

Assuming both orders are very tiny (10 day supply of a simple pain killer, not oxcy or hydro).... will you just get another lover letter or will more come of it on the second seizer?
