I received two seizure notifications in a 7 day period. I wasn't too disturbed by the first one...I read through it, having never gotten one before...then tossed it. BUT, the second one was a different story...

Six days after this incident, the mailwoman knocked on my door and said she had a certified letter for me to sign. I wracked my brain, trying to think of who would be sending me certified mail. Then I glanced over at the letter on her clipboard...and my heart shot up into my throat. I recognized the return address immediately. It scared me to death...I thought there was a special significance attached to the signature requirement. Then I was afraid that I had made some kind of admission of guilt by signing.

Eventually, I was told by another member that actually, all seizure notices were supposed to be sent certified, but there were just too many and not enough time to do even a fraction of them.

There's no need to worry. Ignore the letter. But don't throw it out until you've contacted the IOP that sent the seized meds. If they have a replacement policy, they'll want a copy of the letter.
