Jamming, I had CFS years ago and it was pure hell. After 4 specialist telling me "there is nothing physically wrong with you" I went to my good ole family doctor who diagnosed this virus. I had it so bad I couldn't even swallow food, couldn't get out of bed except for maybe an hour at a time. It lasted full blown for a year and then it took a year to get over it. I am OK now, but any kind of stress or chronic pain can trigger CFS, it never goes away, just stays dormant in your body. Lately I have felt the same symptoms coming back, tried Lexapro, Zoloft, and many others. They made me worse so I have to fight this on my own. So far, so good. I just wanted you and everyone to know this virus is REAL and not just "in our heads" like some doctors like us to believe. Some of the main symptoms are, swollen glands, extreme fatigue, losing weight, and no energy at all, which can bring on severe depression. It is no fun, please take good care of yourself, I drank a lot of Ensure for the vitamins and just rested whenever I needed to. Janet, I just saw this thread, I think it's great.
