I was just diagnosed with Epstein-Barr virus last week. Some think this and chronic fatigue are the same. I really don't understand it though. I have been feeling bad for a pretty long time 8-9mos. and it just keep getting worse and I don't think EBV causes the muscle pain I have. I don't understand EBV. Dr. said I wasn't contagious but OB-Gyn Dr. wouldn't let me come in for B12 shot. And what I read about it says most people already have this virus. I don't know what to think. I'd welcome any info anybody has on EBV. Thanks!
