The problem IS with 1stmeds, unfortunately. I had to do a chargeback with them, myself. They should be blacklisted. I've only even had to mention the word "dispute" to one other company before receiving a refund, but 1stmeds will play you as long as they can. You will have to file a chargeback on them, so fill out that paperwork as soon as you get it from the CC company. I'm assuming you were charged for a consult you never received, like me, because they are completely un-contact-able. So on the form you get from your CC company, you'll make a claim of being charged for services not received. If anything, 1stmeds'll e-mail you and tell you a refund takes 5 days- that's bullshit. File your chargeback ASAP or you will probably never get your money back. My experience was that they refunded my money minus 1 dollar. (Probably how they stay afloat, lol), and there was a small fee from the CC for the Chargeback. But do it now, and do it. This is a dishonest company with no customer service. And obviously, if they try to charge anything else to your card after you've filed a fraud claim on them, your CC is going to understand that this is the same company that did it before.
