Amber,

Just call your credit card company and tell them you are disputing a charge to your account. You may have to do it in writing. Simply tell them you were charged by XYZCompany and never received the merchandise and that the contact info they gave you was bogus. The card should take it from there. It will then be their responsibility to contact the vendor and verify the purchase/receipt of merchandise.

Hang in there, its a PITA, but worth it for the refund.
