Hi booker! I have used both the Darvocet and the Vicoden 7.5/750 and IMO the Darvocet is like taking tylenol. It did nothing for my pain!! But the Vicodin was like a miracle med for me! I am now on Norco 10/325 due to the high amounts I require and the tylenol difference but I would recommend Vicodin(Hydro/Norco) in a heartbeat but never would I personally recommend Darvon/Darvocet. Now I know that everyone is different so I can only comment on my experience but you asked for it and that is my opinion on those 2 meds!!
