ditto to what TanSun has said. Tropical is by far the easiest (not to mention priciest). if you go to the NorcoWorldWide website (they just changed their site, but should still have this feature) you can printout a generic complaint form & pay 50 or 60 bucks to see a local doc ~ have him write in your cheif complaints & sign it ~ then YOD will accept that as your 'records'. it worked for me. much cheaper than Tropical! also, if you're going to do that, i'd suggest using NWW ~ although YOD is offering a discount & extra refills at this time. GOOD LUCK!!!! louis
