Personally, from all I've gleaned through this site, I'd say your best bet is to go through an OP like YOD. If you have records, you're going to get a better deal- the meds are way cheaper and you'll get more bang for your buck, so to speak. I think, from what I've read, what they want in terms of records are the most recent from a visit with your Primary But, I haven't ordered from them (yet ) so I coudln't tell you specifically. I believe if you got in touch with Kathy (she works for YOD) she'd be able to advise you more specifically as to what they're looking for Good luck!
