Drew, I do use a PO box as well. It's the smallest one, in a small PO, and when I get a package, I get a slip and go to the counter for it.

I order online, I order from ebay, I get all sorts of packages. I think that by the time any package makes it to that destination (your PO), you're in pretty good shape. The clerks don't bat an eye, or sometimes they say "hey those are cool stamps" but that's it. Just the passing of time, chit-chat from worker to consumer.

True, the MIB could be there too, but odds are, they are not. Try to just get a feel for how the PO works, talk to the clerks when you order stamps, etc, just make yourself at home. Hopefully it will make you feel better.
