I purchased a 6month lease on a medium sized mailbox, big enough to fit up to about 10-15 8 1/2 X 11" letters/brochures. I did this for 2 reasons 1 for business purposes, and 2 to relieve some of the overseas mail coming to my home address.
Last week went to the post office opened the box to find 3 business related parcels(with space to spare in the box), and I found a key telling me to open locker # such and such. This locker was sooo big I could have stood in it, after opening the locker I noticed I recieved a overseas delivery from argentina. At first I thought, it must not have fit, checked my PO box, and it fit with ease.
Why would the post office put the overseas parcel in a special locker?? On a side note(and maybe Im paranoid), but if you have even been to a PO box there is no back to the box, so you can look directly into the mail room. Was the overseas parcel put in the locker to put me on candid camera??
Anyone who uses or who has used PO boxes for overseas shipments please tell me your experience(s).
